Step 1

Create your account on store.steelcase.com

Step 2

Complete the simple form. Once submitted, you will receive an email from customercare@steelcase.com with a link to confirm your new account and create a password. 

Step 3

Login and shop with exclusive SCB discounts.



Invoice and Payment

The invoice will be issued in the name of the employee

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards associated with a billing address within the United States and Canada

Delivery and Installation

Products will be delivered and installed at each employee’s home. 

These are shipping options:
FedEx Ground: 
Orders under 150 pounds ship free
Standard Delivery:
Deliveries inside your doorstep are charged 17% of your purchase
Professional Installation + Packaging Removal:
Orders assembled in your home with packaging removed are charged 20% of your purchase price
(minimum USD $175)
